• 100% attendance in the Fall Protection Class

• Completion of the Continuing Education and Training Registration Form

• Active participation in all class exercises, as determined by the course instructor

• Completion of pre- and post-quiz assessments

• Achievement of the minimum passing score on the final exam

• Submission of an end-of-course evaluation form with the participant’s name
